A number of voluntary clubs are functional in WCTM campus. It is a campus designed by students. These club run by students, provides excellent opportunities to pursue their interests in various activities. WCTM organizes its World Fest , Navrang, Sports meet, with events like quizzes, seminars, panel discussion symposiums, open house sessions and parties. Facilities for outdoor and indoors games like volleyball, basketball, football, cricket, billiards, squash, table tennis, badminton etc. Are available. WCTM students learn to approach the world with confidence, diligence and ingenuity - a natural outcome of the curriculum and beyond the curriculum activities that inspire intellectual and creative growth. The campus community is a rich mixture of life styles and personalities. The Institute is also an enthusiastic participant in inter-institute festivals and competitions and organizes its annuals fest “World Fest from Delhi & Gurgaon” with great fanfare. To assist students outside the class and to remove their personnel doubts and problems we have developed a unique concept of "Problem Solving". In this methodology faculty members are available after the college hours to solve the problems of an individual.
WCTM generates progress report card for each student showing the marks obtained by student in each subject and practical subjects during the academic year/semester in mid-term examinations. These progress report cards are also sent to student's parents so that parents can also the performance of their child.
In today's challenging world, only subject knowledge is not sufficient for success in life. We conduct individual and group counseling and seminars to develop communication skill, competence and confidence in our students so that they can face I the world.
Each faculty member is entrusted with a batch of 20 students. He acts as a friend, Philosopher, and a guide for his/her student so that they come up with their doubts. The personal interaction based on old Guru and Shishya tradition generates a healthy academic environment. He also maintains the communication with the guardians to aware them about the overall performance of the student.
The center provides all the career counseling and development services to the students, right from the 10+2 stage, so that they develop effective presentation, negotiation and marketability skills. The center provides advice and guidance for career cancelling & occupational preparedness. An effective English for Business Communication course is also offered by the center along with some certification courses on entrepreneurship.
It has been observed that skills in spoken and written English are a prerequisite to technical education and placement. WCTM specially caters to this need by special program on communication skills in which a two months course shall be run for comprehending and speaking aspects. Similarly a Certificate will be offered for the soft skills and personality development. As a result even before the candidate is ready for placement, he is equipped with all the skills fora suitable marketability.
